45 When Moses had made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel,
46 Then he said unto them, (A)Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify against you this day, that ye may command them unto your children, that they may observe and do all the words of this Law.
47 For it is no [a]vain word concerning you, but it is your life, and by this word ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

45 When Moses finished reciting all these words to all Israel, 46 he said to them, “Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day,(A) so that you may command(B) your children to obey carefully all the words of this law. 47 They are not just idle words for you—they are your life.(C) By them you will live long(D) in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.”
