3 and the [a]Negev and the territory in the Valley of Jericho, (A)the city of palm trees, as far as Zoar. 4 Then the Lord said to him, “This is the land which (B)I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your [b]descendants’; I have let you see it with your eyes, but you will not go over there.” 5 So Moses (C)the servant of the Lord (D)died there in the land of Moab, in accordance with the [c]word of the Lord.

3 the Negev(A) and the whole region from the Valley of Jericho, the City of Palms,(B) as far as Zoar.(C) 4 Then the Lord said to him, “This is the land I promised on oath(D) to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob(E) when I said, ‘I will give it(F) to your descendants.’ I have let you see it with your eyes, but you will not cross(G) over into it.”
5 And Moses the servant of the Lord(H) died(I) there in Moab, as the Lord had said.
