¹³^(A)So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, ^(B)the Ten Commandments; and ^(C)He wrote them on two tablets of stone.

¹³He declared to you his covenant,^(A) the Ten Commandments,^(B) which he commanded you to follow and then wrote them on two stone tablets.

^(B)His statutes and His judgments to Israel.
