2 Don’t add to these commands. And don’t leave anything out. But obey the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.
3 You have seen for yourselves what the Lord did at Baal Peor. The Lord your God destroyed everyone among you who followed Baal in Peor. 4 But you continued to follow the Lord your God. So you are still alive today.

2 Do not add(A) to what I command you and do not subtract(B) from it, but keep(C) the commands(D) of the Lord your God that I give you.
3 You saw with your own eyes what the Lord did at Baal Peor.(E) The Lord your God destroyed from among you everyone who followed the Baal of Peor, 4 but all of you who held fast to the Lord your God are still alive today.
