⁷ I will cut off Israel from the land I gave them,^(A) and I will reject^[a] the temple I have sanctified for My name.^(B) Israel will become an object of scorn and ridicule among all the peoples.^(C)

²⁰ then I will uproot Israel from the soil that I gave them, and this temple that I have sanctified for My name I will banish from My presence;^(A) I will make it an object of scorn and ridicule among all the peoples.^(B)
