Devarim 33:3-5

3 Yea, He loved the amim; kol kedoshav (all His holy ones) are in Thy hand: and they sat down at Thy feet; every one shall receive of Thy devarot.
4 Moshe charged us with a torah, even the morashah kehillat Ya’akov (heritage of the Congregation of Ya’akov).
5 And He was Melech in Yeshurun, when the Rashei Am and the Shivtei Yisroel were gathered together.

Deuteronomy 33:3-5
New International Version
3 Surely it is you who love(A) the people;
all the holy ones are in your hand.(B)
At your feet they all bow down,(C)
and from you receive instruction,
4 the law that Moses gave us,(D)
the possession of the assembly of Jacob.(E)
5 He was king(F) over Jeshurun[a](G)
when the leaders of the people assembled,
along with the tribes of Israel.
