Esther 9:27

²⁷ the Jews established and ^[a]made a custom for themselves, their ^[b]descendants, and for ^(A)all those who allied themselves with them, so that ^[c]they would not fail ^(B)to celebrate these two days according to their ^[d]regulation and according to their appointed time annually.
