Exodus 12:7-9

7 Some of the blood must be put on the two doorposts and above the door of each house where the animals are to be eaten. 8 That night the animals are to be roasted and eaten, together with bitter herbs and thin bread made without yeast. 9 Don't eat the meat raw or boiled. The entire animal, including its head, legs, and insides, must be roasted.

New International Version
7 Then they are to take some of the blood(A) and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs. 8 That same night(B) they are to eat the meat roasted(C) over the fire, along with bitter herbs,(D) and bread made without yeast.(E) 9 Do not eat the meat raw or boiled in water, but roast it over a fire—with the head, legs and internal organs.(F)
