22 Then the people of Isra’el went into the sea on the dry ground, with the water walled up for them on their right and on their left.
23 The Egyptians continued their pursuit, going after them into the sea — all Pharaoh’s horses, chariots and cavalry. 24 Just before dawn, Adonai looked out on the Egyptian army through the column of fire and cloud and threw them into a panic.

22 and the Israelites went through the sea(A) on dry ground,(B) with a wall(C) of water on their right and on their left.
23 The Egyptians pursued them, and all Pharaoh’s horses and chariots and horsemen(D) followed them into the sea. 24 During the last watch of the night the Lord looked down from the pillar of fire and cloud(E) at the Egyptian army and threw it into confusion.(F)
