19 For when (B)the horses of Pharaoh with his chariots and his horsemen went into the sea, (C)the Lord brought back the waters of the sea upon them, but the people of Israel walked on dry ground in the midst of the sea. 20 Then (D)Miriam (E)the prophetess, the (F)sister of Aaron, took a tambourine in her hand, and (G)all the women went out after her with tambourines and dancing.

19 When Pharaoh’s horses, chariots and horsemen[a] went into the sea,(B) the Lord brought the waters of the sea back over them, but the Israelites walked through the sea on dry ground.(C) 20 Then Miriam(D) the prophet,(E) Aaron’s sister, took a timbrel in her hand, and all the women followed her, with timbrels(F) and dancing.(G)
