¹⁰ The Lord also said to Moses, “Go to the people and ^(A)consecrate them today and tomorrow, and have them ^(B)wash their garments; ¹¹ and have them ready for the third day, for on ^(C)the third day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.

¹³ Stand up! ^(A)Consecrate the people and say, ‘Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, because the Lord, the God of Israel, has said this: “^(B)There are things designated for destruction in your midst, Israel. You cannot stand against your enemies until you have removed the designated things from your midst.”
