19 And as the (A)sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and (B)God answered him in thunder. 20 The Lord came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain. And the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
21 And the Lord said to Moses, “Go down and warn the people, lest they break through to the Lord (C)to look and many of them perish.

19 As the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and the voice(A) of God answered(B) him.[a]
20 The Lord descended to the top of Mount Sinai(C) and called Moses to the top of the mountain. So Moses went up 21 and the Lord said to him, “Go down and warn the people so they do not force their way through to see(D) the Lord and many of them perish.(E)
