²⁴God heard their groaning and he remembered^(A) his covenant^(B) with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob.

⁵Moreover, ^(A)I have heard the groaning of the people of Israel whom the Egyptians hold as slaves, and I have remembered my covenant.
