8 And Moses took the blood and threw it upon the people, and said, “Behold the blood of the covenant which the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”
On the Mountain with God
9 Then Moses and Aaron, Nadab, and Abi′hu, and seventy of the elders of Israel went up, 10 and they saw the God of Israel; and there was under his feet as it were a pavement of sapphire stone, like the very heaven for clearness.

8 Moses then took the blood, sprinkled it on the people(A) and said, “This is the blood of the covenant(B) that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”
9 Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders(C) of Israel went up 10 and saw(D) the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli,(E) as bright blue as the sky.(F)
