¹⁷ “Then you are to make an atonement cover^[a] of pure gold, two and a half cubits long, one cubit and a half wide. ¹⁸ Also make two cheruvim of gold, from hammered work, at the two ends of the atonement cover. ¹⁹ Make one cheruv at one end and one cheruv at the other end. Of one piece with the atonement cover you are to make the cheruvim at its two ends.
