¹⁹ But I know that the king of Egypt ^(A)will not permit you to go, ^(B)except ^[a]under compulsion. ²⁰ So I will stretch out ^(C)My hand and strike Egypt with all My ^(D)miracles which I shall do in the midst of it; and ^(E)after that he will let you go.

¹³ Yet ^(A)Pharaoh’s heart was ^[a]hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.

^16 (A)You shall say to him, ‘The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, sent me to you, saying, “^(B)Let My people go, that they may serve Me in the wilderness. But behold, you have not listened until now.”

^22 (A)But the ^[a]magicians of Egypt did ^[b]the same with their secret arts; and Pharaoh’s heart was ^[c]hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.

¹⁵ But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he ^[a]hardened his heart and ^(A)did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.

¹⁹ Then the ^[a]magicians said to Pharaoh, “^(A)This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh’s heart was ^[b]hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.

¹² And ^(A)the Lord ^[a]hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had spoken to Moses.

⁹ Then the Lord said to Moses, “^(A)Pharaoh will not listen to you, so ^(B)that My wonders will be multiplied in the land of Egypt.”
