Exodus 30:32-34
International Standard Version
32 It is not to be poured out on a person’s body,[a] nor are you to make anything like it with similar formulations. It is holy, and it is to be holy to you. 33 Anyone who mixes anything like it or who puts any of it on an unqualified person[b] is to be cut off from his people.’”

34 The Lord told Moses, “Take for yourself spices: stacte, onycha, galbanum, and spices with pure frankincense, all in equal amounts.

Exodus 30:32-34
New International Version
32 Do not pour it on anyone else’s body and do not make any other oil using the same formula. It is sacred, and you are to consider it sacred.(A) 33 Whoever makes perfume like it and puts it on anyone other than a priest must be cut off(B) from their people.’”
