Exodus 30:32-34

32 It shall not be poured on [a]anyone’s body, nor shall you make any like it in [b]the same proportions; (A)it is holy, and it shall be holy to you. 33 (B)Whoever shall mix any like it or whoever puts any of it on a [c]layman [d](C)shall be cut off from his people.’”

34 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Take for yourself spices, stacte and onycha and galbanum, spices with pure frankincense; there shall be an equal part of each.

New International Version
32 Do not pour it on anyone else’s body and do not make any other oil using the same formula. It is sacred, and you are to consider it sacred.(A) 33 Whoever makes perfume like it and puts it on anyone other than a priest must be cut off(B) from their people.’”
