27 Then Yahweh said to Moses, “(A)Write [a]down these words, for in accordance with these words I have cut (B)a covenant with you and with Israel.” 28 So he was there with Yahweh (C)forty days and forty nights; he did not eat bread or drink water. And [b](D)he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, (E)the Ten [c]Commandments.
The Shining Face of Moses
29 Now it happened when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai (and the (F)two tablets of the testimony were in Moses’ hand as he was coming down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that (G)the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him.

The Radiant Face of Moses
29 When Moses came down from Mount Sinai(G) with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands,(H) he was not aware that his face was radiant(I) because he had spoken with the Lord.
