Exodus 34:9-11
GOD’S WORD Translation
9 Then he said, “Lord, please go with us! Even though we are impossible to deal with, forgive our sin and the wrong we have done, and accept us as your own people.”
The Lord Makes His Promise with Israel Again
10 The Lord said, “I’m making my promise [a] again. In front of all your people I will perform miracles that have never been done in any other nation in all the world. All the people around you will see how awesome these miracles are that I will perform for you. 11 Do everything that I command today. Then I will force the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites out of your way.

9 “Lord,” he said, “if I have found favor(A) in your eyes, then let the Lord go with us.(B) Although this is a stiff-necked(C) people, forgive our wickedness and our sin,(D) and take us as your inheritance.”(E)
10 Then the Lord said: “I am making a covenant(F) with you. Before all your people I will do wonders(G) never before done in any nation in all the world.(H) The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the Lord, will do for you. 11 Obey what I command(I) you today. I will drive out before you the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.(J)
