26 He put the gold altar in the tent of meeting, in front of the curtain. 27 And he burned sweet-smelling perfume on it, just as the Lord had told Moses. 28 Then he hung the curtain at the door of the meeting tent.

26 Moses placed the gold altar(A) in the tent of meeting in front of the curtain 27 and burned fragrant incense on it, as the Lord commanded(B) him.
28 Then he put up the curtain(C) at the entrance to the tabernacle.
