Exodus 6:3-5

³ and I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as ^[a](A)God Almighty, but by ^(B)My name, ^[b]Lord, I did not make Myself known to them. ⁴ I also established ^(C)My covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the ^[c]land in which they lived as strangers. ⁵ Furthermore I have ^(D)heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, because the Egyptians are holding them in bondage, and I have remembered My covenant.
