⁹ For the commandments, ^(A)“You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet”, and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: ^(B)“You shall love your neighbour as yourself.”

¹¹ For he who said, ^(A)“Do not commit adultery”, also said, ^(B)“Do not murder.” If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.
