¹² You shall take some of the blood of the bull and put it on ^(A)the horns of the altar with your finger, and ^(B)pour all the blood beside the base of the altar.

³⁶ And you ^(A)shall offer a bull every day as a sin offering for atonement. ^(B)You shall cleanse the altar when you make atonement for it, and you shall anoint it to sanctify it.

⁷ And the priest shall ^(A)put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the Lord, which is in the tabernacle of meeting; and he shall pour ^(B)the remaining blood of the bull at the base of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

²⁰ ‘You shall take some of its blood and put it on the four horns of the altar, on the four corners of the ledge, and on the rim around it; thus you shall cleanse it and make atonement for it.

²⁶ Seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and purify it, and so ^[a]consecrate ^[b]it.

²² And according to the law almost all things are ^[a]purified with blood, and ^(A)without shedding of blood there is no ^[b]remission.
