²⁵ You shall make ^[a]from these a holy anointing oil, a fragrant mixture of ointments, the work of a perfumer; it shall be ^(A)a holy anointing oil.

¹² Then he poured some of the ^(A)anointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him, to consecrate him.

¹⁰ ‘The priest who is ^[a]highest among his brothers, on whose head the anointing oil has been poured and ^[b]who has been consecrated to wear the garments, ^(A)shall not ^[c]uncover his head nor tear his clothes;

²⁵ And the congregation shall save the one who committed manslaughter from the hand of the blood avenger, and the congregation shall return him to his city of refuge to which he fled; and he shall live in it until the death of the high priest who was anointed with the holy oil.
