^20 (A)headdresses, ankle chains, sashes, perfume boxes, amulets,

¹⁷ Groan silently; do ^(A)no mourning for the dead. Bind on your turban and put your sandals on your feet, and do not ^[a]cover your mustache, and ^(B)do not eat the ^[b]bread of other people.”

²³ Your turbans will be on your heads, and your sandals on your feet. You ^(A)will not mourn and you will not weep; but ^(B)you will rot away in your guilty deeds, and you will groan ^[a]to one another.

¹⁸ Linen ^(A)turbans shall be on their heads and ^(B)linen undergarments shall be around their waists; they shall not put on anything that makes them sweat.
