⁶ Say therefore to the people of Israel, ^(A)‘I am the Lord, and ^(B)I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and ^(C)I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of judgement.

³⁴ Or has any god ever attempted to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation, by trials, ^(A)by signs, by wonders, and ^(B)by war, ^(C)by a mighty hand and ^(D)an outstretched arm, and by great deeds of terror, all of which the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

²¹ And who is like your people Israel, the one^[a] nation on earth whom God went to redeem to be his people, making for yourself a name for great and awesome things, in driving out nations before your people whom you redeemed from Egypt?
