Ezekiel 1:24-26

24 And when they went forth, I heard the noise of their [a]wings, like the noise of great waters, and as the voice of the Almighty, even the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: even when they stood, they [b]let down their wings.
25 And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.
26 And above the firmament that was over their heads, was the fashion of a throne like unto a Sapphire stone, and upon the similitude of the throne was by appearance, as the similitude of a man above upon it.

New International Version
24 When the creatures moved, I heard the sound of their wings, like the roar of rushing(A) waters, like the voice(B) of the Almighty,[a] like the tumult of an army.(C) When they stood still, they lowered their wings.
25 Then there came a voice from above the vault over their heads as they stood with lowered wings. 26 Above the vault over their heads was what looked like a throne(D) of lapis lazuli,(E) and high above on the throne was a figure like that of a man.(F)
