Ezekiel 16:61-63
International Children’s Bible
61 Then you will remember what you have done. You will be ashamed when you receive your sisters—both your older and your younger sisters. I will give them to you like daughters. But it will not be because of my agreement with you. 62 I will set up my agreement with you. And you will know that I am the Lord. 63 You will remember and be ashamed. You will not open your mouth again because of your shame. This is because I will forgive you for all the things you have done, says the Lord God.’”

61 Then you will remember your ways and be ashamed(A) when you receive your sisters, both those who are older than you and those who are younger. I will give them to you as daughters,(B) but not on the basis of my covenant with you. 62 So I will establish my covenant(C) with you, and you will know that I am the Lord.(D) 63 Then, when I make atonement(E) for you for all you have done, you will remember and be ashamed(F) and never again open your mouth(G) because of your humiliation, declares the Sovereign Lord.(H)’”
