²⁶ Her priests do violence to My instruction and profane My holy things.^(A) They make no distinction between the holy and the common, and they do not explain the difference between the clean and the unclean.^(B) They disregard^[a] My Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

²⁰ He measured the temple complex on all four sides. It had a wall all around it,^(A) 875 feet long and 875 feet^(B) wide, to separate the holy from the common.^(C)

²³ They must teach My people the difference between the holy and the common, and explain to them the difference between the clean and the unclean.^(A)

¹⁵ “The remaining area, 1⅔ of a mile^[a] wide and 8⅓ miles^[b] long, will be for common use by the city,^(A) for both residential and open space. The city will be in the middle of it.

²⁸ Peter said to them, “You know it’s forbidden for a Jewish man to associate with or visit a foreigner.^(A) But God has shown me that I must not call any person common or unclean.^(B)
