“O Tyre, you have said,

³Say to Tyre,^(A) situated at the gateway to the sea,^(B) merchant of peoples on many coasts, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:

“‘You say, Tyre,
“I am perfect in beauty.^(C)”

“You were the signet of perfection,^[a]
