20 “They’ll die along with others who are killed violently.[a] Egypt has been given over to violence,[b] which will carry off both it and its hordes.”

21 “Mighty leaders will address them and those who assist them right out of the middle of Sheol:[c] ‘They’ve come down and will lie still, these uncircumcised people who have died violently.’[d] 22 Assyria will be there, along with all of those who keep company with her,[e] all of them killed violently.

20 They will fall among those killed by the sword. The sword is drawn; let her be dragged(A) off with all her hordes.(B) 21 From within the realm of the dead(C) the mighty leaders will say of Egypt and her allies, ‘They have come down and they lie with the uncircumcised,(D) with those killed by the sword.’
22 “Assyria is there with her whole army; she is surrounded by the graves of all her slain, all who have fallen by the sword.
