Ezekiel 39:28-29

Contemporary English Version

²⁸My people will realize that I, the Lord their God, sent them away as prisoners and now will bring them back to their own land. ²⁹Never again will I turn my back on the people of Israel, and my Spirit will live in them. I, the Lord, have spoken.

New International Version

²⁸Then they will know that I am the Lord their God, for though I sent them into exile among the nations, I will gather them^(A) to their own land, not leaving any behind.^(B) ²⁹I will no longer hide my face^(C) from them, for I will pour out my Spirit^(D) on the people of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord.^(E)”
