Ezekiel 43:12-14

12 This is the law of the temple: all its surrounding territory on top of the mountain(A) will be especially holy. Yes, this is the law of the temple.
The Altar
13 “These are the measurements of the altar(B) in units of length (each unit being the standard length plus three inches(C)):[a] the gutter is 21 inches[b] deep and 21 inches wide, with a rim of nine inches[c] around its edge. This is the base[d] of the altar. 14 The distance from the gutter on the ground to the lower ledge is 3½ feet,[e] and the width of the ledge is 21 inches.[f] There are seven feet[g] from the small ledge to the large ledge, whose width is also 21 inches.

12 “This is the law of the temple: All the surrounding area(A) on top of the mountain will be most holy.(B) Such is the law of the temple.
The Great Altar Restored
13 “These are the measurements of the altar(C) in long cubits,[a] that cubit being a cubit and a handbreadth: Its gutter is a cubit deep and a cubit wide, with a rim of one span[b] around the edge. And this is the height of the altar: 14 From the gutter on the ground up to the lower ledge that goes around the altar it is two cubits high, and the ledge is a cubit wide.[c] From this lower ledge to the upper ledge that goes around the altar it is four cubits high, and that ledge is also a cubit wide.[d]
