Ezekiel 6:8-10 1599 Geneva Bible (GNV)

Yet will I leave a remnant, [a]that you may have some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when you shall be scattered through the countries.

And they that escape of you, shall remember me among the nations, where they shall be in captivity, because I am grieved for their whorish hearts, which have departed from me, and for their eyes, which have gone a whoring after their idols, and they [b]shall be displeased in themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.

10 And they shall know that I am the Lord, and that I have not said in vain, that I would do this evil unto them.

Footnotes:

  2. Ezekiel 6:9 They shall be ashamed to see that their hope in idols was but vain, and so shall repent.
