Ezekiel 7:24-26

24 Wherefore I will bring the most wicked of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the mighty to cease, and their [a]holy places shall be defiled.
25 When destruction cometh, they shall seek peace, and shall not have it.
26 Calamity shall come upon calamity, and rumor shall be upon rumor: then shall they seek a vision of the Prophet: but the Law shall perish from the Priest, and counsel from the Ancient.

Ezekiel 7:24-26
New International Version
24 I will bring the most wicked of nations
to take possession of their houses.
I will put an end to the pride of the mighty,
and their sanctuaries(A) will be desecrated.(B)
25 When terror comes,
they will seek peace in vain.(C)
26 Calamity upon calamity(D) will come,
and rumor upon rumor.
They will go searching for a vision from the prophet,(E)
priestly instruction in the law will cease,
the counsel of the elders will come to an end.(F)
