⁴ And the Lord said to him, “Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and make a ^(A)mark on the foreheads of the people who ^(B)groan and sigh over all the abominations which are being committed in its midst.”

² And I saw another angel ascending ^(A)from the rising of the sun, holding the ^(B)seal of ^(C)the living God; and he called out with a loud voice to the ^(D)four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea,

³ saying, “^(A)Do not harm the earth, or the sea, or the trees until we have ^(B)sealed the bond-servants of our God on their ^(C)foreheads.”
