³¹ Then you will ^(A)remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good, and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight for your wrongdoings and your abominations. ³² I am not doing this ^(B)for your sake,” declares the Lord God; “let that be known to you. Be ashamed and humiliated for your ways, house of Israel!”

⁷ “^(A)Righteousness belongs to You, Lord, but to us ^[a](B)open shame, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and all Israel, those who are nearby and those who are far away in ^(C)all the countries to which You have driven them, because of their unfaithful deeds which they have committed against You. ^8 [b]Open shame belongs to us, Lord, to our kings, our leaders, and our fathers, because we have sinned against You.
