Ezra 7:22-24

22 even up to 100 talents of silver, 100 [a]kors of wheat, 100 baths of wine, 100 baths of oil, and salt [b]as needed. 23 Whatever is [c]commanded by the God of heaven, let it be done with zeal for the house of the God of heaven, (A)so that there will not be wrath against the kingdom of the king and his sons. 24 We also inform you that (B)it is not allowed to [d]impose tax, tribute or toll (C)on any of the priests, Levites, singers, doorkeepers, Nethinim or servants of this house of God.

22 up to a hundred talents[a] of silver, a hundred cors[b] of wheat, a hundred baths[c] of wine, a hundred baths[d] of olive oil, and salt without limit. 23 Whatever the God of heaven has prescribed, let it be done with diligence for the temple of the God of heaven. Why should his wrath fall on the realm of the king and of his sons?(A) 24 You are also to know that you have no authority to impose taxes, tribute or duty(B) on any of the priests, Levites, musicians, gatekeepers, temple servants or other workers at this house of God.(C)
