Galatians 2:2-4
International Standard Version
2 I went in response to a revelation, and in a private meeting with the reputed leaders, I explained to them the gospel that I’m proclaiming to the gentiles. I did this because I was afraid that[a] I was running or had run my life’s race[b] for nothing. 3 But not even Titus, who was with me, was forced to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek. 4 However, false brothers were secretly brought in. They slipped in to spy on the freedom we have in the Messiah[c] Jesus so that they might enslave us.

Galatians 2:2-4
New International Version
2 I went in response to a revelation(A) and, meeting privately with those esteemed as leaders, I presented to them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles.(B) I wanted to be sure I was not running and had not been running my race(C) in vain. 3 Yet not even Titus,(D) who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek.(E) 4 This matter arose because some false believers(F) had infiltrated our ranks to spy on(G) the freedom(H) we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.
