Galatians 2:2-4
Tree of Life Version
2 Because of a revelation, I went up and presented to them the Good News that I proclaim among the Gentiles. But I did so privately to those who seemed to be influential, to make sure I would not run—or had not run—in vain. [a] 3 Yet not even Titus who was with me, a Greek, was forced to be circumcised. 4 Now this issue came up because of false brothers secretly brought in (who slipped in to spy out our freedom in Messiah, in order to bring us into bondage).

Galatians 2:2-4
New International Version
2 I went in response to a revelation(A) and, meeting privately with those esteemed as leaders, I presented to them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles.(B) I wanted to be sure I was not running and had not been running my race(C) in vain. 3 Yet not even Titus,(D) who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek.(E) 4 This matter arose because some false believers(F) had infiltrated our ranks to spy on(G) the freedom(H) we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.
