23-27 On that same day Abraham obeyed God by circumcising Ishmael. Abraham was also circumcised, and so were all the other men and boys in his household, including his servants and slaves. He was 99 years old at the time, and his son Ishmael was 13.

23 On that very day Abraham took his son Ishmael and all those born in his household(A) or bought with his money, every male in his household, and circumcised them, as God told him.(B) 24 Abraham was ninety-nine years old(C) when he was circumcised,(D) 25 and his son Ishmael(E) was thirteen;
