3 Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying,
4 Behold, I make my covenant with thee, and thou shalt be a [a]father of many nations,
5 Neither shall thy name anymore be called Abram, but thy name shall be [b]Abraham: (A)for a father of many nations have I made thee.

3 Abram fell facedown,(A) and God said to him, 4 “As for me, this is my covenant with you:(B) You will be the father of many nations.(C) 5 No longer will you be called Abram[a]; your name will be Abraham,[b](D) for I have made you a father of many nations.(E)
