Genesis 18:12-14

12 So Sarah laughed to herself, saying, “After I have grown old, and my husband is old, shall I have pleasure?” 13 The Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, and say, ‘Shall I indeed bear a child, now that I am old?’ 14 Is anything too hard[a] for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, in the spring, and Sarah shall have a son.”

New International Version
12 So Sarah laughed(A) to herself as she thought, “After I am worn out and my lord(B) is old, will I now have this pleasure?”
13 Then the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Will I really have a child, now that I am old?’(C) 14 Is anything too hard for the Lord?(D) I will return to you at the appointed time next year,(E) and Sarah will have a son.”(F)

13 And the Lord said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?
14 Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.
