As soon as he saw them, he ran from his tent entrance to greet them and bowed deeply. 3 He said, “Sirs, if you would be so kind, don’t just pass by your servant. 4 Let a little water be brought so you may wash your feet and refresh yourselves under the tree.

2 Abraham looked up(A) and saw three men(B) standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.(C)
3 He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes,(D) my lord,[a] do not pass your servant(E) by. 4 Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet(F) and rest under this tree.
