Then Abraham ran to the herd and took one of his best calves. He gave it to his servant, who prepared it quickly. Abraham took cheese and milk, as well as the meat, and set these in front of them. Then he stood by them under the tree as they ate.

They asked him, “Where is your wife Sarah?”

He answered, “Over there, in the tent.”

Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf(A) and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it. He then brought some curds(B) and milk(C) and the calf that had been prepared, and set these before them.(D) While they ate, he stood near them under a tree.

“Where is your wife Sarah?”(E) they asked him.

“There, in the tent,(F)” he said.

And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.

And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.
