Genesis 19:21-23
Amplified Bible
21 And the angel said to him, “Behold, I grant you this request also; I will not destroy this town of which you have spoken. 22 Hurry and take refuge there, for I cannot do anything [to punish Sodom] until you arrive there.” For this reason the town was named Zoar (few, small).
23 The sun had risen over the earth when Lot came to Zoar.

New International Version
21 He said to him, “Very well, I will grant this request(A) too; I will not overthrow the town you speak of. 22 But flee there quickly, because I cannot do anything until you reach it.” (That is why the town was called Zoar.[a](B))
23 By the time Lot reached Zoar,(C) the sun had risen over the land.
