⁹ And out of the ground Yahweh God caused to grow ^(A)every tree that is ^(B)desirable in appearance and good for food; ^(C)the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

²² Then Yahweh God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of ^(A)Us ^[a]to know good and evil; and now, lest he send forth his hand and take also from ^(B)the tree of life and eat and live forever”—

² in the middle of ^(A)its street. ^(B)On either side of the river was ^(C)the tree of life, bearing twelve ^[a]kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
