14 And Abimelech took sheep and oxen, and men-servants and women-servants, and gave them unto Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife. 15 And Abimelech said, Behold, my land is before thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee. 16 And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, [a]it is for thee a covering of the eyes to all that are with thee; and [b]in respect of all thou art righted.

14 Then Abimelek(A) brought sheep and cattle and male and female slaves and gave them to Abraham,(B) and he returned Sarah his wife to him. 15 And Abimelek said, “My land is before you; live wherever you like.”(C)
16 To Sarah he said, “I am giving your brother a thousand shekels[a] of silver. This is to cover the offense against you before all who are with you; you are completely vindicated.”
