²¹While he was living in the Desert of Paran,^(A) his mother got a wife for him^(B) from Egypt.

²¹And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran: and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Egypt.

¹²Then the Israelites set out from the Desert of Sinai and traveled from place to place until the cloud came to rest in the Desert of Paran.^(A)

¹²And the children of Israel took their journeys out of the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud rested in the wilderness of Paran.

³²While the Israelites were in the wilderness,^(A) a man was found gathering wood on the Sabbath day.^(B)

³²And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.
